“Daniel Roest’s concert was the
highlight of the year for our Senior First Friday programs. The audience was delighted and enthralled and
asked for Daniel to return next year! Attendance for the program was our highest ever.”

On a Personal Note

August 2nd marks the 5th anniversary of Briggs Ranch Guitar Lessons and our move to Folsom. Despite the summer heat, the move has still been one of the best things we’ve done and even in the summer slowdown, Daniel has 44 weekly guitar students! • ALR

I had the opportunity to go on a short road trip  this month with Italian steel-string fingerstyle great Franco Morone, including wonderful concerts in Napa and Paso Robles, following our shared concert in Loomis. Franco dazzled his audiences in all three events. It was great to hang out with a touring artist, play at his shows and help him get around. • DR

Yosemite Valley was where we took a beautiful and rejuvenating vacation the first week Craig was out of school. Yosemite was as breathtaking as ever, and it was our first trip there as a family. Just as enjoyable as Yosemite itself were the warm and friendly folks we met from around the globe. • ALR

Many thanks to the 30 private students who performed in the Spring Recital at the Loyalton. You made the residents, me and your families happy. • DR
